Our Story

We are a family made up of a mother, daughter, and aunt who started this dream come true in Santo Domingo under the name POSTRES DONA YNO in 2004, selling desserts to the corporate sector. We closed our doors in 2010. Later, we moved to the United States and, over time, started again — this time in Allentown — offering desserts, savory bites, cakes, and personalized arrangements for every occasion. This new chapter began under the name DULCE Y SALADO BY YIYI.

Over time, we established ourselves as a recognized name in the market thanks to our combination of tradition, quality, and dedication in every one of our products. Today, we continue growing and writing our story with the same passion with which we began, the same love for what we do, and even greater gratitude to God and to everyone who chooses us every day as their favorite choice.
